Sheffield United Football Club are looking for a highly motivated, organised and person-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our Human Resources team to oversee the full recruitment cycle. The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for posting vacancies, coordinating interviews, conducting pre-employment checks and providing an efficient administrative service across all aspects of the recruitment process.

Role Responsibilities
· Review, maintain and update job descriptions in line with each new recruitment request; advising line managers on creating a job description which complies with relevant employment legislation and SUFC’s Safer Recruitment process.
· Maintain trackers and systems for various HR recruitment processes from recruitment and selection to Right to Work.
· Conducting market research to ensure we are maximizing opportunities to attract candidates.
· Support the full recruitment cycle from advert creation, CV sifting and interview coordination.
· Supporting line managers with shortlisting applicants to select the most suitable candidates.
· To support the Head of Safeguarding in carrying out DBS checks for successful candidates.
· To be responsible for sending and tracking reference requests for all new starters who join the Club.
· To work collaboratively with other HR colleagues and departments to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service.
· Provide support to the HR Administrator with duties as required.
- To adhere to all Sheffield United Football Club’s Safeguarding Policies and Procedures to foster an environment which protects from harm those defined as children and adults at risk.
- To report any concerns of a Safeguarding nature to the relevant parties and remain fully compliant with any applicable safeguarding checks and due diligence and recognise your responsibility to the Club’s Safeguarding agenda.
- To report any concerns of discrimination to the relevant parties and promote a welcoming and inclusive club environment for all.
· To adhere to the Club’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies, supporting the Club to create an environment which is inclusive and all-encompassing.
Skills/Knowledge and Experience Required:
· Experience and knowledge of the recruitment cycle.
· Experience of dealing with administrative processes efficiently using own initiative when ad hoc queries and tasks come up.
· Experience of accessing and working with statistical information.
· Strong IT skills utilising Microsoft Packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Outlook. Excel specifically, preferable solid intermediate or advanced level would be desirable.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
· A person-oriented approach with the ability to build a good rapport.
· HR knowledge is advantageous, but not mandatory.
